Air Fried Chicken Wings!

 

Air Fried Chicken Wings (“Fall of the bone”tender)


Now like most of us out there, I am a big fan of fried chicken wings! But if there’s one thing better than that, then that’s Air Fried Chicken Wings! It tastes just as good you won’t even know the difference! I have tried this recipe like a hundred times and they always turn out great! So juicy and tender! 




Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings - 450g
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • Oregano powder - 1/2tsp
  • Paprika powder- 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/8 tsp or just a pinch
  • Bbq Sauce (I don’t have a recipe for this yet because I just like to mix with whatever I have in the kitchen)


Directions:

  1. Cut the chicken wings in half. Place in a container and add the all the spices and seasonings. Massage the chicken with the spice mix. 
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour but for best results, overnight.
  3. Once ready to cook, place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 110C - 120C (it depends on the air fryer. Mine works at 110C.) Then, let the chicken cool down for about 10-15 minutes. 
  4. Increase the temperature of the air fryer to 200C and cook the chicken for about 8 minutes. 
  5. Coat the chicken wings with your favorite bbq sauce or buffalo sauce while still hot and serve!
