Whenever I am craving for something and I have no idea what to eat, I somehow always end up choosing wings to fill up my appetite. You can never go wrong with chicken wings especially if it’s coated with your favorite savory sauce. One of mine would be honey garlic sauce. I made these chicken wings for my family one time and they said it’s like we went out for dinner in our favorite restaurant.

- Prepare chicken wings by cutting them in half. Place them in a container and add your seasonings and spices. Massage the chicken with the marination and set it aside.
- Prepare the breading by combining the flour and cornstarch. You can sprinkle some salt and pepper if you prefer to.
- Coat the chicken with the breading mix then deep fry in hot oil. Fry the chicken in medium heat for about 12 minutes flipping half way. Then, let it rest first before frying for the 2nd time.
- After letting the chicken rest for about 10 minutes, fry the wings again on high heat for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
