Cinnamon French Toast Rolls
French toast is a prominent breakfast but turning it to something a bit different like into a cinnamon roll? Well, that’s a way to start a day! Try this recipe to get more of that cinnamon flavor!

Ingredients:
Cinnamon Spread
- 30g Butter, softend
- 30g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Egg mixture
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
Cinnamon Sugar
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Others:
- 8 to 9 slices of load bread
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cinnamon spread first. In a bowl, combine softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon powder. Mix until well combined.
2. With a serrated knife, slice the sides of a loaf bread and flatten it out with a rolling pin. Once the bread is all flat, spread the cinnamon and butter mixture generously on the the flat bread. Roll the bread carefully.
3. Prepare the egg mixture but beating the egg with milk and vanilla extract. Then, dip each rolled bread in the egg mixture until fully soaked.
4. In a non-stick pan, add a little oil. Then, fry the bread rolls until the sides have browned.
5. Prepare the cinnamon sugar by simply combining the cinnamon and sugar together. Coat the fried cinnamon french toast roll with the cinnamon sugar.
6. To serve, place on a plate and if you have nutella or chocolate syrup, drizzle on top.
