Honey Sriracha Chicken
If you have some sriracha at home, then you need to try this easy chicken recipe. It’s a bit spicy but super delicious! It goes well with your favorite ranch dressing!

Ingredients
Marination:
- 250g chicken breast, sliced into cubes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 egg
Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tsps lemon juice
Others
- All purpose flour for breading
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken by slicing the breasts into small bite sized cubes. In a bowl, add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, and 1 egg. Mix together and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- After marinating the chicken, coat it with flour.
- Fry the chicken on medium heat until golden brown in color. Set it aside.
- Prepare the sauce by melting butter in a saucepan. Then, add the honey, sriracha, water, and lemon juice. Stir the sauce until it start to bubble and has a syrup like consistency.
- In a bowl, add the chicken and the sauce together. Toss the bowl so the chicken get’s evenly coated with the sauce or you can simply mix with a large spoon.
- Serve on a plate with ranch dressing. Enjoy!
